Recovery in the Word is a Bible study that offers gospel hope and Christian community to anyone recovering from trauma or addiction.

All of us face trial at some point in our lives (John 16:33). At St. James we believe it is very important to have a community of support that understands healing takes time. On Wednesdays at 5:45 in the annex (the two story brick building on the south side of our parking lot), a small group gathers to study God's Word, encourage one another, and pray together. This group respects anonymity, and attendees are welcome to share or simply listen. All materials are provided. We are currently working through the book Respectable Sins by Jerry Bridges.
